It is indicated for the treatment of Wilson’s disease in patients intolerant of D-Penicillamine therapy, in adults, adolescents and children aged 5 years or older.

• hyperammonaemia due to N-acetylglutamate synthase primary deficiency.
• hyperammonaemia due to isovaleric acidaemia.
• hyperammonaemia due to methymalonic acidaemia.
• hyperammonaemia due to propionic acidaemia.
